Training

The YCU research institute is dedicated to support Myanmar students, young and emerging researchers who reside within and outside of Myanmar in doing academic research focusing on Myanmar, regional and international issues by providing various research related training.

             The YRI training programs are designed to meet the needs of those who desire to do research but have no experience in research work, and those who have less experiences of doing research in the field of human rights, peace and democracy, federalism and social science studies.The training is delivered by international and local instructors who have experiences in both doing research in their disciplines and mentoring the research project for many years. After completion of the training, the trainees will be able to conduct their research work systematically, academically and ethically by utilizing the research skills obtained from the training.
